Keycaps

MV Terminal is a quirky set of keycaps designed by maxvoltar (mvkb.com). Inspired by workstations of the past with their iconic orange or green displays and monospaced typefaces. Text-only legends, and some subtle details provided by the binary sublegends give this set a nice retro look. To keep things simple, there's just one kit, which covers a wide range of keyboard layouts from 60-100%, including support for Alice, macOS, terminal ISO, ANSI and Tsangan, 40's and more.

Kitting

There is a single kit (to keep things simple), which covers a wide range of layouts. Full support for Alice, HHKB, 60%, 65%, 75%, 1800, 100%, macOS, terminal ISO and 4-key 40’s.

Kitting Changes

There have been some kitting changes compared to round 1 of Terminal:
- Added 3 scooped keys (F, J and 5).
- Added 40's support (Row 2 1u esc and 1.75u backspace, row 3 1.25u tab and 1.5u return).
- Right alt are now alt gr (except for 1u).
- Small spacebars are now convex.
- Minor legend spacing tweaks

Artisan

Salvun will be producing an aluminum artisan for Terminal.

Deskmats

Building on top of the retro workstation theme, the Terminal deskmat features some iconic LED-lights, rendered in a halftone style. The deskmat measures 900 by 400mm, and is 4mm thick and has a rough finish.
