Incorrect or Faulty Items:
Received a faulty product or incorrect order?
We offer a full refund (including shipping) within 7 days of delivery upon inspection of the returned item.

Quality Issues:
Facing a quality issue? Contact us at support@klc-playground.com with details and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will assist you and may request a return for inspection.
Confirmed quality issues qualify for replacement products.
We'll provide a return address based on your location.

Exchange / Return:

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the delivery date.
We offer refunds or replacements upon receiving the returned product.
For returns due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping fees will be charged. 
Exchanges and return policies vary by product, so please check the warranty policy.
Exchanges or refunds are not available if the product packaging is damaged, the product has been assembled or used, or if the product is a second-hand item.

Order Cancellations:
Unfortunately, order cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover processing costs. Double-check your order thoroughly before checkout, including the address and selected product. We cannot be held responsible for selection or information errors. For assistance, please contact us. 

Group Buy Refunds:
Regarding Group Buy / Pre Order orders, cancellations and refunds are not allowed after closing GB due to orders being placed with the manufacturer. Delays, communicated on our Discord server, do not qualify for cancellation.
