QC Standard

Please read below QC standard carefully. By placing this order, we will consider you have agreed on our QC standard.

- The refund or replacement can be accepted within 7 days after receiving the product to the designated address. After the 7days, we will not be accepting requests for refund or replacement.

- You can claim for refund or replacement for any unit that is not being able to assemble properly, by fault designs, processing issues of plates, top/bottom cases or weight.

- In the process of anodizing, the product can lead to minor color variation between top and bottom cases, smearing and hook marks within the case.  

- Any internal flaw, that is not being seen in normal built, will not be considered for reason of refund or replacement.

- For scratches and dings, you can claim for refund or replacement for any scratches in outer parts, that can be seen in normal build, that is larger than 3mm of scratch and/or ding.

- For brass, we have ordered the best quality of those raw materials but even with that, due to its nature of the material, stains or patina may occur. This occurs in all brass materials, and it is not subject to refund or replacement.
